Hi loves! On days where I feel like I need extra self-care and relaxation, I prepare a warm, rejuvenating night ritual making Golden Moon Milk; an ancient, healthy drink originating from Indian Ayurveda.

and it works anti-inflammatory! Great for overall health! 💛
Golden Moon Milk recipe (1 serving):
1 tsp organic coconut oil or ghee
1 tsp ground cinnamon or 1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground ashwagandha or a few drops of the liquid form
pinch of nutmeg
1 cup milk (I use plant milk)
1 tsp honey or more for extra sweetness
First warm the coconut oil in a milk pot on low heat, then add all the spices and whisk to bring out all their amazing aroma. Finally pour in milk and honey, and slowly let it warm up for 5 minutes.
You can make this drink as well during the day, leaving out the ashwagandha as it can make you feel sleepy.
